I live in an apartment that does not allow pets, but today I was driving past a ASPCA Pet Adoption outdoor area. I looked at the the dogs in the cages, and I almost stopped to free the trembling Jack Russell, but I knew I couldn’t take him in. I hope he finds a good home. Happy Almost August, Kim!

Someone an hour from me is surrendering a 14 year old Schnauzer today because of a divorce and housing situation, and if I have ever wanted to take in a fourth dog, it would be now. But like you, I have to say no.
